If you get discharged from hospital and are not assisted by a family member or a friend we can be there for you!  To help assist you in everyday tasks which you are struggling to do.

MAC will be there to care for you, we look after your care needs.

A trained carer can look after you, the minute you leave the hospital.

This is a service for patients who need a bit of an helping hand and have no one to turn to.

A variety of tasks such as, getting home safely, making sure you take your medication, making sure you eat and personal care such as bathing and clothing.

A 24hr notice to MAC will be required.

There is a charge for this service.
